Fault Symptoms include: No picture/ No backlight/  sound may be present/ TV will not turn on/ TV turns itself back to standby

If you find that your Samsung LCD TV keeps switching itself off then we recommend you have it looked at by a repairman as soon as possible, continual use of the television can result in further damage to components and increase the cost of repair.

We also always fit more sturdier components than the originals and these repairs are often successful. We feel the extended life of your repaired television would easily outweigh the cost of buying a new tv (along with their potential future faults). Samsung TVs, although now more mass market targeted, are still of good quality in terms of picture, sound and build. They are also very good at supplying replacement parts should issues arise from any of their models.

We recommend repairing these Samsung TVs to replacing them with a cheap tesco's or sainsbury's brand. Cheap brands usually results in poor sound quality and a reduced life expectancy - and don't expect them to supply parts should they go wrong... These Supermarket TVs are just really a false economy, our advice is to stick to the brands you've heard of!
